These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GuildPilot, a Discord bot and web portal operated by GuildPilot (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using GuildPilot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
GuildPilot is a multi-tenant Discord bot and web portal that provides community governance tools, Solana wallet verification, treasury monitoring, and NFT activity tracking for Discord communities. The service is designed to help community administrators manage roles, facilitate governance, and provide visibility into on-chain activity.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use GuildPilot, consistent with Discord’s Terms of Service. By using GuildPilot, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Linking a Solana wallet to GuildPilot is entirely voluntary. GuildPilot interacts with the Solana blockchain in a read-only capacity — we never initiate transactions, request private keys, or move funds on your behalf. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.
GuildPilot’s treasury monitoring, NFT activity tracking, and related features are informational only. Nothing presented through GuildPilot constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decisions.
We strive to keep GuildPilot available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
All content, branding, code, and materials associated with GuildPilot are the property of GuildPilot and its creators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission. Content you submit through the service (proposals, votes, etc.) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display and process it as needed to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GuildPilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of digital assets, loss of profits, or any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GuildPilot, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Tennessee.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of GuildPilot after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
