The server starts on the Free plan by default. A server administrator can open the portal, review the available modules, and upgrade when the community needs higher limits or Pro features.
A standard yearly purchase provides 12 months of access for the price of 10 months. Eligible early renewals can receive an additional renewal incentive shown in the portal before payment.
An eligible community can receive temporary Pro access for seven days. When the pilot ends, GuildPilot automatically returns the server to its valid paid plan or the Free plan.
